Design, MRB and integration of flight test instrumentation per certification requirements by FAA:

• Certified MRB to resolve complex engineering issues during the built of Global business jet program
• Creation of Sheet metal, machined 3D MBD & installation drawings
• Guide successfully completion of flight test on Global 7500 & C-series major engineering program
• Liaison with Client’s methods, weight, stress, requestor and M&P to release the installation drawings
• Selection of appropriate procedure to install flight test sensors
• Exercise latitude in determining technical objective of Work packages & make decisions & recommendations
• Conceptual design & installation of flow meter, temperature sensor (surface & ambient), pressure transducer, dynamic pressure probe on ECS, Hydraulic, Fuel & Inerting systems
